Bold Wood Creations simplifies and enhances the art purchasing experience for collectors by offering free shipping on orders over $300 to anywhere in Canada and the USA. Our shipping process is efficient and secure, as we partner with companies that ensure safe and prompt delivery right to your doorstep, complete with tracking, insurance and regular updates.

All orders are processed by us within 1-3 days.

Our standard shipping usually takes between 3-9 business days but can take longer during the holiday season and unforeseen natural disasters.

We occasionally ship artwork to outside USA and Canada upon request. In order to arrange custom shipping, please contact us and we can help you with a quote.

Returns Policy:

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

No straight exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
